About your dwij sling

The post-industrial water resistant felt sandwiched between the post-industrial denim fabric and 100% cotton lining material gives structure to the bag. As always, we believe that longevity of the bag is of utmost importance. The zippers & runners are of good quality, the fittings are made of non-ferrous metals to prevent corrosion, while the stitching has been calibrated for providing extra strength.

Ideal usage: All-purpose use

General Cleaning and maintenance

Store your dwij bag in a dry place. Wipe it with a damp cloth for regular maintenance.
Spills and stains must be cleaned immediately.
Gentle hand wash using mild soap and cold water is recommended.
Do not soak and air dry it in a shade.
We recommend you to please avoid machine wash. However, in case you have no other option, please cover the metallic fittings with a small piece of cloth knotted around it to avoid scratches on the same.
If the bag gets wet in rain or while cleaning, air dry it completely before using it to carry any papers/ tech gadget/ valuable accessory.
A quick round of ironing can give it a brand-new appearance.

The Diagonal Striped Circular Sing is crafted with 4-5 shades of denim stripes. Our artisans worked with different pairs of post-consumer jeans and combined it with post-industrial denim to make the piece. This sling has two open compartment in the main compartment & one zippered compartment at the back. The straps are adjustable.

Each pair of jeans requires significant amounts of water throughout their lifecycle: approximately 10,000 liters while cultivating cotton and additional quantities during production processes involving chemical substances. On the other hand, upcycling or repurposing existing materials contributes indirectly towards conserving such natural resources as well as reducing pollution caused by industrial production methods. This demonstrates that sustainable practices can yield notable benefits for preserving our planet's precious resources. Premium quality Japanese YKK zippers and runners are used to ensure strength and longevity of your bag.

As each DWIJ bag is individually crafted from upcycled materials, variations in color might occur.
