The post-industrial water resistant felt sandwiched between the post-industrial denim fabric and 100% cotton lining material gives structure to the bag. Each pair of jeans uses an astounding amount of water—approximately 10,000 liters just for growing cotton and more during manufacturing processes requiring various chemicals. Conversely, reusing these materials help conserve valuable resources without directly harming the environment due to fewer manufacturing procedures required. Thus, upcycling promotes sustainability and reduces waste generation in our landfills significantly. Premium quality Japanese YKK zippers and runners are used to ensure strength and longevity of your bag.

As each DWIJ bag is individually crafted from upcycled materials, variations in color might occur.
